HOURS OF OPERATION
Kurtović Designs offices operate Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, excluding U.S. government-observed holidays.These policies apply to all purchases made through kurtovic.net or any other website owned and operated by Kurtović Designs that links to this page.
SHIPPING
We currently offer free shipping anywhere in the continental USA. We hope to expand to other countries in the near future. Standard orders will ship within 5-7 business days. For special orders, please allow 4-6 weeks.
RETURNS
We want you to love your new bag, but we understand that sometimes you need to see and touch your bag in person to really know if you love it. If you decide that your bag is not the right one for you, we accept returns within 15 days for a refund in your original form of payment. Returns apply to the product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Kurtović Designs is not responsible for items lost in transit.
All returned bags must be unworn, unused, with the tags still attached and include all parts and accessories.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 14 days of receiving the return. Please allow 1–2 billing cycles for your financial institution to credit your account.
OUR QUALITY GUARANTEE
We take pride in the craft of every bag we create. We want you to feel as confident in your purchase as we do in our stitching.
The 45-day promise: If your bag experiences any issues due to faulty workmanship or manufacturing defects within the first 45 days of purchase, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price.

Coverage: This includes issues like failing seams, hardware malfunctions, or structural defects.

Exclusions: Please note that this guarantee does not cover standard wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.

The Process: Simply contact us via email with your order details and photos of the defect, and we’ll handle the rest.
